Please ensure your pet has enough medication for the duration of his or her stay.

The health and wellbeing of our guests is extremely important to us, and for the care, concern and health of animals boarding at our establishment, we reserve the right at all times to refuse for boarding any animal exhibiting signs of injury and/or ill health NOT in receipt of veterinary treatment. We also reserve the right not to accept animals with contagious diseases for example pasturella and vent disease in rabbits or chronic mange in guinea pigs, which may seriously compromise the health of other boarders.
