Brillo a Rex Boar was rescued by his present owner after being rejected and returned to the pet shop from where he was originally purchased, which is difficult to believe since he is the most sociable, friendliest, and gorgeous looking piggie. He would often snuggle amidst a nest of hay in his plastic dome for a nap each day but more often than not preferred to be mobile around the hutch munching his dry mix and veggies. Brillo like most boars and a small percentage of sows has an over productive grease gland, which has to be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent dirt and grease build up but as equally important to prevent mite infestations and skin problems.
