Sid a smooth haired chocolate orange coloured boar, travelled all the way from Halifax to stay with us in May/June 2011. Only seventeen weeks old, Sid was only a baby, which was evident by the amount of loud noises he made which could be heard all around the garden. In fact from the moment his mum left him in our care he hardly ever shut up! Sid is an extremely friendly piggy who likes lots of attention and has oodles of personality with a big appetite to match. He absolutely loved his fresh veggies and fruit including romaine lettuce, which I would offer him as a treat for brunch. Sid made use of the two plastic domes filled with hay and the log tunnel although he enjoyed having a crafty nibble on the hutch door when he thought I wasn't looking.
