For your peace of mind, social distancing measures are in place for check-in and collection of pets.
Pets should be securely housed in a suitable travel carrier. Upon arrival we require customers to telephone to let us know they are outside the premises.
Wearing a protective face covering we will collect your pet from you in our driveway, maintaining social distancing measures. Similarly, when collecting a pet the reverse safety procedures will be in place.
We kindly ask all customers to wear protective face coverings, except those who are exempt.
